With over 12 years experience in the industry, Chris has been hands on in all aspects of Painting and Construction. Chris enjoys working with clients, Property Managers, Boards and carefully considers your ideas, needs, budget and time requirements. “I really enjoy the day to day contact I have with our clients to exceed their needs and find successful solutions to their problems.”
Shane is responsible for the day to day operations and supervison of our projects. Shane ensures that all aspects of our jobs are maintained through holding our field staff accountable to the highest standards. For Shane, having great relationships with our clients and employees is the key to long term success. “The most pleasant part of my job is connecting with people and building trust through great work.”
Mandy has several years of knowledge and experience she brings to her position in the Hammerbrush Family. With her at the helm of the financial department, we can be sure that transactions will all be running smooth with our clients on a day to day basis. We are blessed to have her on our team.
Worked for a union painting company for 14 years, in the commercial and industrial fields. Worked his way up to Field Superintendent . Established my own painting company for 3 years in residential and specialty fields. Worked for a property management company for 1.5 years, working with managers and board officials to complete projects.
As a seasoned professional proving 25 years experience with most trades associated with general contracting, Joes love of his profession and people, set his standard of perfection on another level. Jennifer Olson comes to Hammerbrush with over 25 years of experience in sales and market development. Jennifer began her career as a realtor. Quickly she became a multi million dollar producer.After 16 years as a successful real estate agent Jennifer began a sales and revenue manager position at two hotel chains. Both hotels were managed by the same management group and she was able to use her extensive sales background to build the reputation and revenue. Both hotels became a leader in customer service and revenue year after year as Jennifer managed the sales staff, revenue and day-to-day operations. During her time as a realtor and sales and revenue Jennifer lead a team from a start up business to becoming a leader in the industry. During her years of developing the start up company Jennifer became familiar with Hammerbrush painting and construction. When the market development manager position became available with Hammerbrush Jennifer knew this was going to be a great fit.
In her spare time Jennifer enjoys spending time with her children and family. She loves to travel and cook. Her hobbies include decorating, party planning and photography.
